How do you transfer names from one buddy list to another on party poker.?

I’m trying to figure out how to transfer one buddy list to another now that I have a new nickname and I would rather not sit there and type all of the names again. Is there any way I can do this, remember–it is on party poker, not AIM. I use Yahoo, though and they are all in my yahoo, maybe if someone can help me get my yahoo names to a word document that would help, but I would like it to be fast.
