Is there a offical card game that goal is to get three pairs to win?

I think you can have 4 players
1.everyone has 5 cards in the beggining except for one that have 6.
The person that have 6 cards starts by throwing out 1 card that they don’t have a pair of.
If the next person have that card then they can take it to make it pair.
The cycles going on until whoever gets 3 pairs
I heard this was a chinese game so I don’t know if there is any translation.
i don’t think there is. i’ve been looking but i was only finding poker which is not what you were looking for is it?
